U Joints

The commonly used material for U Joint are 8620, 16mncr5, 20mncr5 etc. High quality steel is used for forgings of cross bodies and cross cups. Best quality needle rollers are used with required degree of hardness that is 60 to 62 HRC. The major processes done are in-house which include turning, heat treatment, grinding and assembly. Majorly, we use Moly Grease which has a high degree of wear resistance.
