Gear Blanks
Our gear blanks are supplied in forged and in turned condition. These blanks are turned on CNC turning centers and the customer can directly put the blanks on gear shaper or hobbing machines. We even do drilling of Complex gears which required no. of drills. Whenever a new drawing or sample is received Proto type samples are send to the client with PPAP documents and commercial production is started after receiving approval from client.
